This discussion is an update to the 2022 CSfC Conference ‘Making Sense of the Quantum Mess’ presentation. It includes a review of the May 2022 quantum resistant CSfC requirements changes to multiple CSfC Capability Packages. What is the real threat of quantum computing? Who owns the residual risk? What discussions should CSfC users and Trusted Integrators be having? And what is the path forward? We’ll address all of these questions during this talk.
