Patrick Guerin

Patrick Guerin is the Director of R&D for Key Management Solutions LLC – an NSA CSfC Trusted Integrator – with an emphasis in cybersecurity research, development, and obtaining NSA and Deputy National Manager National Security System (DNM NSS) approvals for Commercial National Security Algorithm (CNSA) quantum resistant (QR) PreShared Key (PSK) Key Generation Solutions (KGSs). He holds a patent for a quantum computer resistant algorithm cryptographic key generation, storage and transfer device, obtained NSA CSfC PMO / DNM NSS approval for his QR PSK KGS in 2020, is a founding member of the NIST-sponsored Quantum Economic Development Council (QED-C) and is a member of the Quantum for National Security (Q4NS) Technical Advisory Committee.
