Brian S. Wimmer

Brian is the Senior Technical Advisor for Army Services and Mission Support Operation inside the Defense Systems Customer Group. He supports a portfolio of Army services and mission support with a focus on Enterprise IT.

Brian joined SAIC in 2019 after over 25 years of active service in the Armed Forces. Throughout his career he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility providing leadership and technical support focused on developing, integrating, and sustaining systems architecture, systems operation and analysis, and mission support to Joint and Army general staffs in the continental United States and deployed in combat.

In his time in the Army, Brian served as the first Senior Technical Advisor on the Army Futures Command Network Cross-Functional Team.

He also served as Senior Technical Advisor for the US Army Network Enterprise Technology Command G3 Operations Directorate

He also served Chief Technical Officer, US Africa Command CIO/J6.

He retired as Chief Warrant Officer 5, Senior Technical Advisor for the Army Cyber Center of Excellence, Capability Development and Integration Directorate.

He is a member of the Association of the United States Army and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
