Stacy High Brinkley

Stacy High-Brinkley is a cybersecurity veteran with over 30 years of experience building and securing networks across the defense and commercial sectors. She is a Lead CMMC Assessor, USMC Validator, and has led over 100 formal assessments across federal frameworks. Her career spans technical hardening, policy design, and leadership roles—including serving as CISO for a defense contractor. Currently with BDO, she prepares organizations for formal CMMC assessments, drawing on her deep knowledge of control frameworks and her passion for collaborative, secure innovation. Outside of work, she’s a passionate advocate for animal welfare, supporting local and international rescue efforts.
