Roger Abbott
Biography
Roger Abbott helps government contractors minimize risk and maximize opportunities for growth by providing a broad range of legal services, with a focus on bid protest and claims litigation, compliance, teaming negotiations and disputes, government audits and fraud investigations and mergers and acquisitions involving government contractors.
He has extensive experience prosecuting and defending protests before the GAO and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, as well as pursuing appeals before the SBA’s Office of Hearings and Appeals. He assists clients with disputes and challenges involving contract administration, if necessary, pursuing appeals before the Boards of Contract Appeals.
Roger helps contractors grow their business by advising them on small business issues, joint ventures and teaming and matters relating to the Multiple Award Schedule and other contracting vehicles. A co-chair of the ABA’s Committee on Cybersecurity, Privacy and Emerging Technology, Roger also counsels clients on cybersecurity, supply chain management and domestic preferences.
