Morgan Stern

Dr. Morgan Stern serves as the technical lead for cryptography in the Secure Engineering Solutions Group of NSA’s Cybersecurity Directorate. He has more than 15 years of cybersecurity experience at NSA, with a particular interest in public key cryptography and quantum information science. He earned his PhD in mathematics from University of Maryland, College Park.
