Biography
Leslie is a cybersecurity executive, advisor, and national security professional with two decades of governmental and commercial experience spanning the Department of Defense (DoD), the intelligence community (IC), Big Four consulting, global financial services, and the defense industrial base (DIB). She holds a Juris Doctor (JD), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell University, and a Master of Science (MS) in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University. Leslie provides high-level advisory and consulting services across heavily regulated industries, including financial services, cloud service providers, digital manufacturing, and defense contractors, where she specializes in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC); privacy; and the identification and designation of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Her background as an intelligence analyst enables her to evaluate complex problems methodically and identify underlying risk drivers; her legal education allows her to interpret statutory and regulatory frameworks and assess the legal implications of both risks and proposed solutions; and her MBA provides her with the tools necessary to design practical strategies that align compliance and security objectives with business operations. Leslie’s multidisciplinary perspective allows her to guide organizations through rapidly evolving requirements at the intersection of law, technology, and national security while developing solutions that are legally defensible, operationally effective, and aligned with business priorities.
