John Osborne

John Osborne is a Senior Principal Sales Engineer at Chainguard specializing in open source software supply chain security. His work primarily focuses on the end-to-end integrity of the open source supply chain, eliminating malware, and reducing vulnerabilities. He also assists with various compliance and risk management initiatives. Prior to his arrival at Chainguard, he spent 9 years at Red Hat as the Chief Architect for the Public Sector team and the NA Practice Lead for DevSecOps. He also spent 7 years in civil service as the Infrastructure Lead for a strategic U.S. Navy Command & Control initiative. He currently lives in Vienna, Virginia.
