Dominic Perez

Dominic Perez joined PacStar in 2008 as part of the company’s Quality Department. With the release of the PacStar 400-Series products he took an active role in product development and was part of the team that created the PacStar 1200-Series and all server products that followed. Since 2013 he has led PacStar’s Quality Systems and Networking Engineering departments, which among other responsibilities created PacStar’s small form factor Secure Wireless Command Post. He was promoted to Vice President of Systems Engineering in 2020 to lead in the development of next generations of the Company’s integrated solutions.

Prior to PacStar, Perez worked for Biamp where he created automated testing infrastructure for the hardware, firmware and software powering their network distributed audio, teleconferencing and paging systems.

Perez studied mechanical engineering and computer science at Oregon State University. He currently holds multiple professional certifications from VMware in Data Center Administration; Cisco in Design, Security, and Routing/Switching; and EC Council and ISC² in Security.
