Daryouche Behboudi

Dr. Daryouche Behboudi, currently a managing director with CohnReznick has more than 20 years of experience managing consulting engagements with top-tier firms focusing on IT strategy articulation, IT risk and security management, operations and organizational design, cost takeout, and vendor management and outsourcing giving him the edge when it comes to understanding the technology challenges these types of institutions are facing today.
Daryouche was a Founding Partner at CyTech Partners LLC specializing in cybersecurity advisory work. Prior to that he was a Managing Director in BDO Consulting’s Technology Advisory Services practice focusing on IT risk and security management (FFIEC, NIST, DFS). Before that as the former head of the North America CIO Advisory practice at Kurt Salmon, Daryouche led a highly profitable team to revenues of $10m per year. He is an expert in planning and leading enterprise-wide programs including business continuity and disaster recovery planning, IT financial management, Enterprise Architecture and IT governance. Daryouche has helped clients save millions of dollars while implementing and streamlining efficient processes.
Daryouche was a Managing Director at BearingPoint (previously KPMG Consulting) prior to joining Kurt Salmon. He was also employed by an IT services firm as a senior analyst and program manager. While studying at Lehigh University, he was also employed as a research scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
Dr. Behboudi received his PhD in electrical and electronics engineering from Lehigh University, where his areas of research included the material properties of compound semiconductors used in high-speed electronic circuits and molecular dynamics studies of novel compounds used in the electronics and aerospace industries.
