Conference Location

CISC18 will be held at the Westin Tyson’s Corner, located at 7801 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA. Situated in the heart of Tysons Corner, with access to all major roadways including I-495, Route 66 and Route 7. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to the Tysons Corner Center and Tysons Galleria, as well as to the Tysons Metro Station, which connects you to our nation’s capital.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration

The main contact for each exhibitor or sponsor has received a link to a service page that includes information regarding complimentary registration. Please complete your registration early. Exhibitor Set-up and Schedule

Exhibitors may set-up their exhibit space on Tuesday, October 9th between the hours of 6:00-10:00. The Exhibit hall opens at 10:30 on May 9th. There will be an opening night reception on Tuesday, October 9th starting at 17:15, in the exhibit room, Oaks 3. The exhibit hall will be open to attendees on Tuesday, October 9th from 10:30-18:45 and Wednesday, October 10th from 8:00-15:30. Exhibitor breakdown will be from 15:30-17:00 on October 10th.

Mechanical Requirements: 1 Page Ad Trim Size: 8 ½” x 11“, Live Area: 7 5/8 ” x 10 1/2”; Half Page Ad, 8 ½” x 5 ½”; Quarter Page Ad, 4 1/4 ” x 5 ½ ”
File Format: High-resolution PDF file required. Almost any high-resolution PDF file acceptable. Files in Adobe’s PDF format created from an Adobe application using the PDF/X-1a:2001 specification preferred. Typically, PDF files are created from Postscript files utilizing Adobe Acrobat Distiller, but PDF’s created from InDesign will work as well.
Line Screen, Binding: 133 for 4/c ads, 280% maximum density, 120 for B&W and 2/c ads, 180% maximum density. Saddlestitch.

Hotel Accommodations

We have reserved a discounted block of rooms at the Westin for $169 per night. Reserve early, the discount rate will expire when the block is full or September 17th.

Sponsors provide amenities and hospitality that otherwise would not be available to conference attendees. Remaining sponsorship opportunities range from $1,500-$9,000.
